  1. Hi Paula
    I have just read the link to Guide to Reflective Writing. As an actor I think reflection plays a big part in how I process work that I have done and how I could improve next time. Because reflection is such a personal journey I think it will be interesting to see how we all approach it in our individual own ways. And of course reflection is part of adjudicating as I grade performances after shows with a view to help them improve and reflect on their work.

    1. I found this summation of reflective writing very helpful - it opened a few more doors for me. I started to write a reflective journal at the start of the course - just as a log of my personal experiences as well as to check in where my mind was at. However, since reading this link I think I will make some improvements and developments to the content of my reflective journal.
      Amanda, I like the way you have pointed out that we will inevitably approach reflective writing in our individual own ways. This appears to me that reflective writing is open to the best way which works for the individual
