Hello Paula, i wondered if you could help as Peter is away. I am writing my intro but i am confused as to whether i am writing it as I will be or I want to? Am I writing it as something that I am doing? What if my plans change down the line do I edit it or write the changes in my conclusion? Also the summary, why is this different from the intro?
Your will probably have to review the Intro at the end anyway to tweak it after this draft because of the other things you have said later in your report. But as a first draft, the Introduction sets the scene and introduces the reader to the topic so is explanatory in nature and states what you have achieved by the research. State what the research problem is and how your project sought to address this issue or problem.
