Thanks for sharing the video. I liked the fact teacher can reflect their personality in the warm up. I guess it is all depend on people's condition, which includes mental and physical both. Also the weather and temperature has massive effect on it too. So, I guess we all need to learn to improvise to fit on how our mind and body react to it.
