BAPP Arts Calendar 2016 - 2017 SPRING Study Period
NOTE: there might be some minor changes - changes will be noted below.

FYI we should be sending out feedback the 1st WEEK of 13TH February (Monday)
(not marks as we need to wait for the academic boars to be completed) 

Dates will be posted on the calendar in the main BA Professional Practice (135W99X) site http://mdx.mrooms.net/course/view.php?id=859 or go into MyUniHub and look at MyStudy and find this space after you get your IT user name and password.

Note: we will continue to use Skype and the Adobe Connect (Breeze) space for online meetings.

IMPORTANT DATES DURING THE TERM
Please note that dates or times may be subject to change if needed during the study period, but every effort will be made to reschedule the following events.

Alternative times will be posted on the tutor blogs as needed.

BAPP Arts study period: 13th February (informal BAPP arts start) (Monday) – formal start 20th February (IWBL start) and ending on the 5th May (Friday).  Submission for this study period is the 12th May.

All campus sessions at our Hendon campus – room TBC – if in doubt ask at the Main Reception when you arrive. These campus sessions will run on a theme that will be useful to all the modules with thoughtful group exercises that will help you think/do.

Oral Presentations (Module 3 ONLY)

Thursday 18th Friday 19th am and pm slots - Hendon Campus ROOMS TBC - Paula will contact Module 3 students about which day their presentation is scheduled. Everyone is welcome (all Modules) to come and support the Module 3 presenters.

*Note: We have a sharing list with emails and Skype addresses for all on BAPP Arts to connect during the study period. We would also like to get everyone’s permission to use filming during the session to post online for others. Paula will send out the list when we start for new people who want to be on the list.

IWBL Board of Studies will happen sometime this study period - you do not need to attend but send comments to your Student Voice Leader before the Board - Student Voice Leader TBC.

  4. I can make at least one of the campus sessions this module!!! Thankyou so much for putting up early, unfortunately due to work i am unable to participate in any of the chats on 6th or 7th feb due to work commitments! Will there be any notes on these sessions or another session perhaps on a weekend? I want to be able to get started on the tasks as soon as possible this time so I don't fall behind, I have read the module handbook but feel I defo have some questions!

    QUESTION - the 1st campus session is a good time (great!) is the 2nd campus session date good for anyone - it is around Easter - or not good - do later?
