Sorry to bother you but please would you be kind enough to clarify where the second link in reader 4: http://www.scu.edu.au/schools/gcm/ar/arp/argyris.html should take us, as it redirects to: http://www.aral.com.au and I’m unclear what exactly I should be looking at.
